Dried Beef with Cream Cheese Dip

Dried Beef Dip

This dried beef dip is the perfect cold cheese appetizer. It's great served in a bread bowl, with crackers, garlic toast or chips, or with raw vegies. When I put it in a bread bowl, I warm it first and it's a great first course.

-8 ounces cream cheese, softened
-8 ounces sour cream
-2 green onions, finely chopped (approx. 2 tablespoons)
-1 package dried beef (2 ounces), finely chopped in 1/4 to 1/2 inch pieces

Blend the cream cheese and sour cream with a mixer. Fold in the onions and beef. Serve chilled; or if you plan to warm it, use a less sour cream--about half.
