Puppy ChowPuppy Chow is a great snack recipe to make for kid parties and bake sales and it is so easy! You can fill plastic bags and tie them with festive ribbon for holiday bake sales and for Halloween, it fits great into the plastic monster hand bags in place of popcorn as you can see in my photo above!-6 ounces chocolate chips In a kettle, melt the chocolate chips and peanut butter on low heat. Mix in the cereal and stir until it's evenly coated. Put powdered sugar in a large, gallon size plastic bag.
