Rotel Dip

There are several rotel dips out there with processed cheese and hamburger meat, but this is my favorite. This is a great football party recipe. It goes well with Frito Brand Scoop Chips, but it could also be served with raw vegetables or crisp crackers.

-2 eight ounce packages cream cheese, softened
-1 package dried beef, chopped up small
-1 can Rotel brand tomatoes with chilis, drained

Mix all the ingredients together and serve. I've never tried it, but I would think it would be very tasty warmed up in a small crock pot too. This recipe is similar to the dried beef dip, which adds sour cream to soften the cream cheese and onion in place of the Rotel tomatoes and chilis....there's another recipe for you to try!
