Roast Beef Wrap

Roast Beef Wrap

This yummy roast beef wrap is a great way to use up left overs from the beef roast you made the night before. This is the basic recipe, but feel free to add extras. Things like tomato slices, thin strips of onion, crispy bacon, grated cheese or even cream cheese spread on the tortilla are all great options.

-whole wheat tortillas
-leafy lettuce leaves
-roast beef (sliced or leftovers)
-cucumbers
- horsey sauce

Roast Beef Wrap

I start with a whole wheat tortilla because these days I'm trying to be more health conscious and I've found the low-carb ones to be pretty good.

If you're adding cream cheese, it's best to spread this on first. If you're not, don't worry about it. Add some lettuce leaves. Spinach and Boston lettuce or some of my favorites but I didn't have that on the day I took this photo so I settled for head lettuce. You can use whatever you prefer and if you use something larger, just use one leaf and fan it out.

Add shredded, leftover roast beef or slices of deli roast beef.

Next, add bacon and cheese (if you chose to add this) and your vegies. Top with horsey sauce and keep a little of the sauce on the side for dipping.
