Pork Recipes

Because pork is my favorite meat (aside from crustaceans), I have a lot of pork recipes. One of my all time favorites, is pork roast with salty gravy. I make it with creamy mashed potatoes and corn (on the cob if it's in season).

Pork is such a versatile meat and can be a substitute meat in many other dishes. I've found that some dishes that I previously made with beef or chicken taste better with pork. Personally, I prefer pork ribs to beef ribs and I've even used left over pork roast to make vegetable burritos--pork goes really well with refried beans!
