Mostly, you will find chicken recipes here, mainly because it is my favorite bird, but I had to have a place for turkey, and eggs aren't always breakfast food, so there are several recipes that don't contain chicken under this category too; also the reason it was renamed from chicken to poultry--it's all bird related. Now you might be wondering where chicken fits into the comfort-food scheme. It's fairly cheap and easy, yes, but comfort food?
